La Certification Qualité a été délivrée au titre de la catégorie d'action suivante :  ​ ACTIONS DE FORMATION.

In a few words: 

It is a certification set up by the French government.

It attests to the conformity of the services offered with the quality requirements of the national reference framework. Thanks to this, it strengthens transparency and trust in the services offered.

The QUALIOPI mark aims to guarantee the quality of the process implemented by training providers participating in skills development.

It is issued by certifying bodies accredited or authorized by the French Accreditation Committee (Cofrac) based on the national quality reference framework.

The National Quality Reference Framework (RNQ) has developed 7 evaluation criteria.

Criterion 1 

The conditions for informing the public about the services offered, the deadlines to access them, and the results obtained.

Criterion 2

The precise identification of the objectives of the services offered and the adaptation of these services to the target audiences during the design phase.


Criterion 3

The adaptation of services and the methods of reception, support, monitoring, and evaluation to the target audiences.

Criterion 4

The adequacy of pedagogical, technical, and supervisory resources to the services implemented.





Criterion 5

The qualification and development of the knowledge and skills of the personnel responsible for implementing the services.

Criterion 6

The registration and commitment of the provider in its professional environment.


Criterion 7

The collection and consideration of feedback and complaints from stakeholders in the services provided.
